What are Collections

In TCG Codex, collections are a set of cards. This can be a large collection, but it can also be several smaller collections. For example, you can create a separate collection for each binder. When you search for a card, you’ll see exactly which collection your card is in and where you can find the physical card.

Making your collection unique

When creating a collection, you have several options to fill in:

  • Name: This is the name of your collection, such as "Trade Binder" or "Shoebox," or any other name you can think of
  • Unique URL: What you enter here will be the URL to your collection, so you can view it online
  • ⭐️ Public Collection: As a premium user, you can choose to make your collection public, so you can show everyone which cards you have
  • Default Collection: Every card you add without specifying a collection will automatically be added to this collection

As a premium user, you have the following benefits:

  • You can create more than three collections
  • You can make the collections you create public and share them with others
  • You can generate a list with values of all cards in your collection
